Toxic Movie Review

Toxic Movie Review :Set in a bygone era, the film takes place in the scenic coastal backdrop of Goa, where the beauty of its beaches and vibrant local culture conceals a powerful criminal underworld. A drug cartel operates behind the scenes, bringing tension, ambition and conflict into the story. The contrast between Goa’s lively surroundings and its hidden underworld adds a distinctive atmosphere to the film’s crime-driven narrative.

Toxic Movie Review: The film is packed with action while also bringing a strong romantic angle into the story. Yash’s character is presented as powerful and intense, but his journey also gives considerable space to love and relationships. This combination of high-energy action and romance gives Toxic a different balance, with Yash carrying a strong central role throughout the story.

The film’s romantic soundtrack has been created by Tanishk Bagchi, Arslan Nizami and Faheem Abdullah, while Siddharth Basrur performs the track in all five language versions. To support the film’s pan-India release, the song has been launched under different titles in each language, including “Madhosh” (Hindi), “Manamohaka” (Kannada), “Manasaagadhe” (Telugu), “Thadumaarudheyyy” (Tamil) and “MadhuMohini” (Malayalam). The lyrics have been adapted by regional lyricists to suit each language while preserving the song’s emotional tone.

Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas, with Geetu Mohandas also directing the project. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi in major roles. Backed by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the action drama is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 26, 2026. The movie will be released in Kannada and English, along with dubbed versions in several Indian languages, aiming to reach audiences across the country.
